At Bravo Futbol we want to make a connection with our keepers to make them part of our Bravo family. We will do everything in our power to make your experience as smooth as possible so that you will be a satisfied customer.


We want to get the products to you quickly, simply, and securely at the most cost effective way.

All orders:

  • Ship through United States Postal Service in the United States
  • May take up to 48 hours to process in stock
  • Allow 3-5 business days to receive once notified that product(s) have been shipped
  • Tracking information is provided on each shipment

Return Requirements:

Returns can only be made for a full refund/exchange if the item is not acceptable or the size is incorrect. Merchandise that is worn, damaged or altered in any way may not be returned and will not be refunded. A return can be made as long as it meets all of the following guidelines:

  • Return within 15 days of receiving
  • Gloves are in new/unused condition with all of the original packaging
  • Nothing has come in contact with the gloves (including a ball as our high quality latex can pick up dirt leaving the gloves used)
  • Gloves have not been washed

Bravo Futbol and its suppliers cannot be held liable for such normal wear and tear from the use inside or outside the intended use as this is a soft professional grade latex.

If the above conditions are met:

  1. Print, complete, and place return authorization form (PDF) in with the item(s)
  2. Return using the United States Postal Service if possible to:

    • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
    • Tracking is recommended as we will not be held responsible for lost packages

    If product is faulty or there was an error on our part, email customer service and provide complete details and/or pictures. We will evaluate and advise if return for full refund/replacement request is warranted and if so, we will provide return shipping authorization.

    *All items are subject to inspection once received to determine if a refund will be granted. We have full right to deny refund/exchange on any return if guidelines are not met completely.
